With the rapid development of modern industrial systems,surface technology is getting more and more attention.As the maturity of barrel polishing and finishing techniques has increased,the process of preparing barrel polishing blocks has also been endorsed by many scholars and many results have been studied.Currently,one of the main manufacturing methods for tumble polishing a polished block is to manufacture the block by high temperature sintering by powder metallurgy.In this respect,domestic starters are relatively slow and relatively scattered,and technology is relatively behind compared to similar foreign products.In the sintering process of the tumble polishing block manufacturing process,the phenomenon of manually controlling the temperature inside the furnace still exists,and the quality of the finished product manufactured depends on the experience and technical level of the operator.In this article,we will start with traditional PID control and finally propose a furnace temperature control method based on adaptive iterative learning.The main research contents of this article are as follows.1.Ceramic-based tumble polishing The sintering process of the polishing block preparation process has been selected for research.We design iterative learning control methods and prove convergence with the aim of reproducibility in actual industrial production.Simulation experiments prove the effectiveness of PID control and iterative learning control in the field of furnace temperature control.We will study and analyze the advantages and disadvantages of PID control and iterative learning control in the field of furnace temperature control.2.Various non-linearities,uncertainty of the parameters of the furnace temperature control system in the sintering process of the rolling and polishing block preparation process,and adaptive iteration considering the large inertia and large lag of the resistance furnace itself,rolling and polishing methods.Proposal based on learning control.The furnace temperature control method and convergence of the sintering process in the crushing block manufacturing process are proved by the ? norm method.This algorithm improves the uncertainty of the temperature control process of the sintering furnace due to problems such as parameter selftuning and delayed temperature detection.The effectiveness of the algorithm in controlling the temperature of the furnace is verified by simulation experiments and actual experiments in an experimental resistance furnace.In this paper,we introduce adaptive iterative learning control into the resistance furnace temperature control system,effectively combine adaptive iterative learning and PID control method,and optimize the control parameters through the adaptive law,compared with other resistance furnace temperature control systems.To The purpose of having an excellent control effect.The adaptive iterative learning control method is applied to the field of furnace temperature control in the sintering process of the tumbling abrasive grain manufacturing process,and it is expected that the quality of the tumbling abrasive grain block manufactured by this method will be improved.
