Attached self-lifting scaffold is a new scaffold technique with the large-scale development of high-rise and super high-rise buildings.Its function is to provide reliable and effective safety protection for high-rise buildings' construction.However,from the dialectical point of view,attached self-lifting scaffold facilitates the construction,but the safety problems caused by it can not be underestimated at the same time.As the attached self-lifting scaffold technology involves steel structure,mechanics,machine,electrical and system control engineering and many other majors,making its safety management more complex than the traditional scaffolds.Thus,applying traditional security management modes and methods to its safety management seems stretched,inefficient and disorder The development of the Internet of Things technology and its application in the field of engineering safety monitoring and management provide the material basis and technical support for innovating the safety management of the attached self-lifting scaffold.Combining the two,the design and implementation of the safety monitoring and management system for the attached self-lifting scaffold based on the Internet of Things technology are studied in this thesis.Based on the theoretical research of the structure and working principle of the attached self-lifting scaffold and the architecture and key technology of the Internet of Things technology,the theoretical feasibility of the application of the Internet of Things technology in the safety monitoring and management of the attached self-lifting scaffold is demonstrated.The main hazards of each stage of scaffold construction are identified and analyzed by using the theory of accident causation,then the key points of safety inspection and monitoring are determined at different stages of the construction of the attached self-lifting scaffold.Then,the design of the safety monitoring and management of the attached self-lifting scaffold based on the Internet of Things technology is expounded in stages.In the thesis,the real-time monitoring and forewarning process and the specific program of monitoring are designed for the control points of guarantee projects with different stages of use.Combined with the control points of guarantee projects and the existing monitoring technology,after determining the forewarning indicators of different stages of use,setting the forewarning thresholds and adopting multi-indicator parallel forewarning method after the comprehensive consideration,a complete monitoring and forewarning system is established.A comprehensive safety evaluation model based on AHP-FCEM method is constructed for different states of the use phase,and the practical application of the evaluation model is illustrated by the engineering case.Finally,based on the functional analysis of the safety monitoring and management system,the overall structure design and design of data collection,the communication link and the database,a set of monitoring management system for the whole process safety management of the attached self-lifting scaffold has been preliminarily developed,and some of the functions of the system are demonstrated.
