The fracturing group are special equipment for oil fracturing,mainly includes fracturing pump trucks,sand mixing trucks and instrument trucks,which can be used for various fracturing operations of oil,gas and water wells.At present,the Yumen Oilfield Operation Company uses fracturing group to monitor the construction site,but it is still unable to realize remote monitoring,and it is unable to save and record the work history information of the fracturing group.Due to the complex structure of these devices,it is difficult for on-site maintenance personnel to repair faulty devices.The professional maintenance personnel of the equipment manufacturer cannot provide remote guidance because they can't retrieve the historical information of the faulty equipment.Based on the above situation,when devices fail,there are problems of low maintenance efficiency and long maintenance cycle.In order to enable manufacturers to proactively provide users with quality analysis reports and fault diagnosis reports,and efficiently solve the faults encountered by users in the process of using equipment;enable field maintenance personnel to quickly confirm the types of equipment failures and perform repairs in time,effectively avoiding safety accidents.This thesis studies and designs a fracturing group safety monitoring system based on the Internet of Things technology,in order to ensure that the system still has good stability and response speed in the face of high concurrency,this thesis mainly completes the following tasks:(1)The SJX5360TYL105 fracturing pump trucks and SJX5301 THS sand mixers produced by the Fourth Petroleum Machinery Factory were selected as the monitoring objects.Determine the information and signal standards of the sensors of the fracturing pump trucks and sand mixers related to users through on-site investigation;determine the functional module model,parameters and functions of main controllers of the fracturing pump trucks and sand mixers.(2)For the design and development of the sensor network,select suitable 5G routing gateways and develop their software so that these 5G routing gateways have the function of collecting data regularly;choose Modbus protocol as the downlink communication protocol of these 5G routing gateways,and TCP/IP protocol as the uplink communication protocol of these 5G routing gateways;combining site requirements,design a monitoring system plan to realize the remote transmission of fracturing group sensor information and on-site monitoring video.(3)For the design and development of the software,the traditional Web cluster model is abandoned,and the Nginx cluster is used to build the front-end Web model;based on the MQTT protocol,build Redis server clusters and design backend servers;use Mycat as the middleware to automatically distribute the collected data;according to the size of the sharding key,the database and table are divided,and the hash algorithm is used to solve the problem of too concentrated data hotspots;generate databases,data tables and information tables based on Power Designer;carry out data collection flow chart and Web page design.(4)The software testing tool selects the open source Apache Jmeter to simulate high concurrency situations and test the response speed,information processing capacity and CPU utilization of the system.After testing,the CPU utilization rate is stable at 50%,and the system can handle 1000 concurrent threads and respond to all of them,the test results are good.
