With the continuous development of the mining industry, all kinds of accidents and security problems have emerged,since it’s limited by the production environment,the equipment technology, management level and other various factors. Improving the technology level of safety production is a effective measure to maintain a healthy development.The burgeoning IOT(Internet of Things) provides a new opportunity for information construction and safety production in mines.In the context of the booming of IOT and given the "Six systems" requirements for the mine safety, this thesis applies the IOT to the field of mine safety production according to the real environments.The system needs to deploy suitable sensors to the corresponding monitored objects.With the help of the monitoring technology,the monitored objects information (such as underground environment information,personnel position and equipment state information) can be sended up to the ground monitoring center through the wire or wireless network.By means of the uploading information,the administrative staff could know the actual environment information undergroud, the equipment operation state and the personnel location,and then take some corresponding control measures such as warning the worker’ unsafety behaviors according to the information,so the monitoring management and the accident-prevent level get improved.This thesis analyzes the present situation and the insufficiency, including international and domestic mine safety production system.And then,we introduce related technology such as sensing technology, short-range wireless transmission technology, personnel positioning technology. After that,by field investigation for Liaoning Jinfeng Gold Mining limited liability company,we clarify the requirements of the monitoring system and the personnel position system.After the demand analysis for Liaoning Jinfeng Gold Mining limited liability company(LLC),this paper designs and implements the Safety Production System in Mine based on Internet of Things. The main work is as follows designing the whole system’s main scheme and network topology;designing and implementing the front nodes of monitoring system,mainly including the sink and the temperature/humidity sensor node;designing and implementing the node for personnel locating;designing and implementing the whole system’s communication protocol.This thesis using the wireless network combined with wired network to construct the system’s communication platform.The transmission between the nodes(including the wireless sensor node and the personnel position node) and the sink via wireless way,so it’s convenient for deploying and moving the nodes.The backbone is industrial ring network characterized by the large transmission capacity,fast rate and high reliability. The sink has a powerful function,it can transmit information to the nodes via wireless way,and it can also upload data to the ground and execute command from the monitoring center via cable way. According to the underground tunnels and actual working environment,this paper uses the RSSI trilateration to localization.The communication protocol with the characteristics of practicability,scalability,and high efficiency,can transmit variable length packets, supports for differentiating the types of packets.The system meets the desired requirements,and has been deployed in Liaoning Jinfeng Gold Mining limited liability company.The monitoring system can collect,process,transmit the environment information,and give warning alarms or take some corresponding control measures according to the real situation. The personnel positioning system can give a real-time personnel distribution,replay the history tracks,give cross-border alarms etc.After the pilot success in Jinfeng Mine LLC,the system have expanded to deploy in Erdaogou Mine LLC and Paishanlou Mine LLC recently.By the aid of this system,the management and safety production level in mines gets promoted.
