With the rapid development of industry in our country,the future for a long period of time,as the basis of China's energy coal to maintain a strong development trend.But the coal in the transportation and storage process,because the coal car bumps,wind and other effects,resulting in serious dust pollution.In view of this kind of coal dust pollution problem,this paper studies the preparation of a new type of environmental protection coal dust inhibitor,and its application in the actual scene.In this paper the selection of modified starch,glycerin,surfactant three kinds of materials as a new type of coal dust inhibitor preparation raw material,respectively,through the single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment investigates the three kinds of raw materials on the factors affecting the morphogenesis of inhibitors,determine the best prescription of inhibitors.In addition,for the preparation of the inhibitor for the thickness of the curing time and curing frost resistance,temperature tolerance,resistance to rain water,wind tunnel experiment and performance study.Finally,this environmental inhibitors applied in field experiment,review the content of dust in the air changes before and after spraying inhibitors and inhibitors of curing effect.Three kinds of raw materials is obtained by orthogonal experiment on the influence of the intensity of coal dust inhibitor of size: modified starch > glycerol > surfactant.Experimental research shows that the three kinds of raw materials the best dosing quality percentage respectively: modified starch 2.5%,glycerol 2.5%,0.06% surface active agent.Through the best formula of inhibitor performance results show that the thickness of the curing time and curing,temperature resistance,water resistance,etc all can satisfy the requirement of the inhibition of coal dust allowed.Finally,after field application test found that dust in the air after spraying the coal dust inhibitor content have significantly reduced,and inhibitor penetration effect is good,within twenty-four hours of coal seam surface to form a good solidified layer(3 ~ 5cm),curing effect is good.
