As an important part of the whole bagged cement logistics process,the cost of the cement automatic loading system is about 36%~37% of the whole cement logistics process.In China,ZQD100 bag cement loading machine is the basic device,the loading machine is a semi-automatic loading method,that is,using the transport line to transport the bags,loading bags by artificial loading.It requires workers to stand in the truck for manual loading in this way,the shortcomings of the transport methods include: the larger dust in the loading process,more casual loading for cement bag code,the higher labor costs;in other developed countries,it has achieved automatic loading.To this end,this paper aims at achieving the requirements of automatic loading for Xingan Jingmen Machinery Co.,Ltd.,designing and simulation researching of automatic bag cement loading,including the overall design and simulation analysis.First of all,having made an on-site investigation in Jingmen Xingan Machinery Co.Ltd.,determined the design index of the automatic loader,studied the loading situation,researched the on-site loading and the demand analysis;and then,completed the scheme of automatic bagged cement loading machine and the overall structure design.The key point the design of the automatic collecting device and the loading device.Secondly,the hydraulic system of the automatic bag cement loading is designed,and the characteristics of the hydraulic cylinder in the hydraulic system is introduced.According to the design requirements,calculating the key parameters of the hydraulic system.The hydraulic system is simulated by AMESim,and the design parameters are optimized and the rationality of the design is verified.Thirdly,the kinematic analysis is carried out for the cross telescopic mechanism in the loading device of the automatic bagged cement loader.According to the movement process,the joint simulation of AMESim and MATLAB is carried out.The simulation results show that the movement of the telescopic mechanism and the load of the hydraulic cylinder during the clamping process.Through the ADAMS,the mechanical characteristics of the crosstelescopic mechanism in the clamping process are obtained,and the reliability of the crosstelescopic mechanism is further verified.Finally,the static simulation analysis of the important actuator in the automatic bagged cement loading machine are carried out,including the simulation and optimization of the plate and the side plate.According to the simulation results,the actuators are optimized.According to the results of the optimization,the mechanism loss weight obviously.
