At present,cement enterprises in China are widely distributed,and dust poisoning is more serious in cement industry workplaces.Cement pneumoconiosis is high and occupying a large proportion of occupational diseases.The bagged cement loading site is a more serious place in the dust producing point of the cement enterprises.The respirable dust concentration is high and the harm is serious in the process of carrying the yard of the workloads.The control of the dust hazard in the bagged cement loading site has become a problem to be solved urgently by the competent department.This paper introduces the theory of dust diffusion,including the status of dust diffusion at home and abroad,analyses the source of dust,the mechanism of production,the force analysis,the main influencing factors of the diffusion and the establishment of the motion control equation.Taking the loading site of the bagged cement in a cement plant in Yingkou,Liaoning as an example,through the field investigation and testing of the loading site,and the theory of dust diffusion,the Fluent numerical simulation software is used to obtain the diffusion characteristics of the existing ventilation and square dust in the bag cement loading site.By comparing the final results of numerical simulation with the actual situation of the site,the results are basically the same,which validates the feasibility of the physical model built.According to the air exhaust system installed in the field and the numerical simulation results under the existing ventilation mode,the main reason for the excess dust in the loading site is that the dust mobility and the exhaust system are unreasonably set,and the loading length is exposed in the high concentration dust environment.First,we will set up rolling door in import and export of workshop,change semi closed workshop into closed workshop,and put forward two ventilation schemes and make comparative analysis.The results show that the flow rate of air flow is above 1.2m/s and the exhaust air flow rate is 4m/s.It can dilute the dust concentration of the loading part well and make the airflow organization more reasonable.The results show that the distribution uniformity of the wind speed,the TWA(total dust)concentration in the job position,and the coupling effect of the air supply and exhaust air are in good agreement with the national standard and achieve the desired goal.
