When designing the feed system of CNC machine tools,strict selection of key components of feed system is required to meet the demand of the design.However,the traditional way to selecting components is confined to empiricism and working alone,which contributes to the low efficiency of feed system's design.Aimed at the lagging situation of current CNC machine tools selection process,this thesis offers a suggestion to establish a digitized and automatic selection service.The statement of my main work is as below.Firstly,based on the analysis of relationship of CNC machine tool components,design and establish the relational tables between these components and offer the specific implementation of these tables.Using the collected data,the cloud computing technology,deploy a CNC machine tool data center on the cloud-side and provider a data management website to help the users to fetch or update the data.Secondly,Analysis of machine tools' selection process is significant section.Detailed formula and process of machine tools' selection will be demonstrated in this section.Using the given formula and process of selection,the algorithm and architecture of selection service will be guided.Additionally,for the purpose of analyzing the selection result,this thesis will introduce a multi-fields modelling language: Modelica.This language will assist the researchers to construct models of CNC machine tool feed system and use the model built to guide the machine tool selection.For modelling work will be involved with many fields like: mechanical,electrical,control and etc.The detailed demonstration of each module and relationship between each module will be displayed in the form of mathematical equations.Given the factors of machine type,the feed system's deceleration mode and the processing conditions,along with the servo driver,servo motor,bearings,couplings and other components' parameters,parametric CNC machine tool selection model templates will be generated.Finally,a practical case is provided in this thesis.The software technical selection and the case display are introduced in this section,providing the reader a window of software application.The last part is the contrast simulation between the result of this thesis' solution and the result of MWorks.
