With the developing of industry,our human beings create a machine called CNC Machine tool,which is regarded as one the most important devices in factories.The efficiency of CNC Machine tool is determined by the control parameter in the Feed Servo System.Because of the importance of CNC Machine tool,it is absolutely necessary to study how these control parameters are tuned.This thesis pays great attentions to study the control parameters in the Feed Servo System,and several steps are employed.The first step,two mathematical models are created.The first model is Permanent magnetic AC synchronous motor,and the second one is called CNC Machine Feed Servo System,both of which can be analyzed the basic principle of vector control together with the field orientation.In order to solve the problem of tuning the control parameters in the system,the author is obliged to employs the Seeker Optimization Algorithm to the Feed Servo System in the CNC Machine tool,and then conducts a simulating tuns on the parameters in the system.The tuning is conducted on the condition that different stocks and various kinds of iterations are utilized.After the tuning,we can find that when other conditions remains unchanged,the numbers of the stocks and the frequencies of iterations will influence theefficiency of the algorithm.Therefore,an optimal value should be selected in the process of choosing the stocks numbers and iteration frequencies.In order to account for the readers that the merits of the Seeker Optimization Algorithm weigh heavier than some others smart optimization algorithm,the author conducts a comparison between those two algorithms.The last result of this comparison indicates that the Seeker Optimization Algorithm possesses some advantages: the greater iterating efficiency,higher resistance to interfere and so forth if the two algorithms can be adopted to tune the control parameters in the Feed Servo System in the CNC Machine tool.
