With the constantly promoting demand for intelligent instrumentation equipment and the breakthroughs in Internet technology,intelligent instrument has become one of the most influential high-tech products in the 21 st century.In the context of the Internet plus,Oil equipment also needs to go with the stream,accelerating from simple mechanization to automation,even to informatization.Existing automation products are implanted specific program to make it operate independently.Relative to computer and communication industry,the development of petroleum products testing equipment remains slow in the field of technology and equipment.Researching and developing innovative and intelligent automatic petroleum products testing equipment plays an important role in today's market.According to the IoT framework of the Industrial 4.0,we not only need to upgrade testing equipment measuring accuracy,but reform to make it informationized.Now most petroleum products testing equipments have some shortcomings: less equipment functions,artificial guard needs,single contrast model,closed data,etc.Aiming at the shortcomings of traditional testing equipment,as well as the demands for new oil products intelligent detection equipment,this article takes the weak signal transmitting circuit design as the point of departure.Using industrial-grade PT100 temperature sensor,through the temperature signal transmitting circuit,it converts the weak signal anti-interference ability of 4-20 mA DC signal and outputs;For the interference between multichannel sampling signals,it presents the adaptive sampling strategy,which can reduce the influence between the different channels effectively when sampling in high speed.Because of the influence of D/A conversion chip internal noise,signal sampling precision,through the comparison of several kinds of commonly used filter algorithm,it finds that the Kalman Filtering Algorithm can effectively solve the noise caused by the sampling.In order to improve the temperature control precision of intelligent terminals,based on the research,simulation and comparison of the PID control algorithm,Smith Prediction Control Algorithm,Dahlin Control Algorithm,it finds that for the feedback control system with large delay,Dahlin Control Algorithm has better effect.On the other hand,because of the intelligent terminal compared with traditional detection terminal,it's more complex on the design and implementation,aiming at this problem,it uses the multitasking embedded real-time operating system,and differentiates various functions to different tasks,they coordinate between different tasks,which effectively reduce the cycle and complexity of development of intelligent terminal.In order to make it more convenient for the user to control and access to information through the application on the device.According to the different demands,effective communication protocol is designed.Finally,it uses the USN(Ubiquitous Sensor Network)architecture,from the four aspects: terminal nodes.Access network,middleware,application software,finally it realizes a set of engine oil viscosity measurement system based on Internet of Things.
