In recent years,with the rapid development of China's manufacturing economy,the quality of environmental protection management and control is becoming higher and higher,resulting in a huge demand for environmental protection equipment.At the same time,the 13 th five year plan and the 14 th five year plan point out the development direction for the digital and information integration of ecological environmental protection.On the other hand,in the communication industry,the coverage of 4G network is more and more perfect,and the number of intelligent personal mobile phones has far exceeded 1 billion.Therefore,there is a real need to know and control environmental protection equipment anytime and anywhere.In this paper,the basic architecture of the system is divided into three parts: the web end,the field device end and the user end.Based on the LNMP running environment in the web end,the "environmental protection Internet of things platform management system" is designed and implemented by using the laravel framework,In the field device end,the Runpower PLC controller and Hanfeng 4G communication module are selected,and the "environmental protection equipment control and communication system" is designed and implemented by using the manufacturer's supporting programming software.In the user end,the "multi terminal user interface interaction system" is designed and implemented based on the uni-app framework,that is,the user interface interaction system of mobile browser,mobile app,wechat applet and wechat client.In addition,in the process of system integration,communication protocols between subsystems and within the system are implemented,including Modbus-RTU industrial control communication protocol,MQTT message protocol and Websocket protocol.After the integration,the system realizes the functions of data reporting,data storage and processing,data forwarding,data access interface,user rights management,alarm management,device and variable management,report management,alarm wechat push,real-time monitoring page data active push update,navigation to device,etc.After the implementation of the system,the "environmental protection Internet of things platform management system" was applied in the municipal environmental monitoring station,and the results of the system practice were analyzed according to the operation of the system for a period of time.After the system was put into operation,it was stable and had no downtime within 6 months.System deployment and testing of "environmental protection Internet of things platform management system","environmental protection equipment control and communication system","multi terminal user interface interaction system".As of April 2021,the system has been running stably for 3 months without any downtime.Based on the above research process,this paper demonstrates the feasibility of using open source and free tools to achieve a stable and reliable "multi terminal control and management system of environmental protection equipment based on Internet of things" in a relatively low cost way,and provides a detailed implementation scheme and key technologies.The research objectives of system real availability,system stability,data consistency and relatively low cost are achieved.It provides an alternative for small and medium-sized enterprises to upgrade the environmental protection equipment and universities to intelligentize the teaching aid model of environmental protection equipment in the laboratory.It promotes the further integration of environmental protection Internet of things and mobile Internet,and meets the actual needs of system users to know and control environmental protection equipment anytime and anywhere.
