Insulating solvent-free impregnated varnish composed of thermosetting resin,reactive diluent and auxiliary agent;the main cause of environmental pollution islow molecular organic volatile out when they are used in applications such as vacuum impregnation and heat curing.In this paper,a fast-curing,low-volatile environment-friendly impregnated varnish is synthesized by controll the resin viscosity and increase resin reactivity and reduce the amount of diluent and use high boiling point reactive diluent,more than 200 ? and study of high efficiency initiator,compound inhibitor.A low viscosity polyesterimide resin was synthesized,the high boiling point acrylic acid ester was selected as the environment-friendly diluent,the initiator and the composite inhibitor system were verified.We get the best ratio and process parameters through the validation test such as addition amount of imine resin,condition of adding,control point of resin process,type and proportion of acrylic acid ester,the initiator and the polymerization inhibitor are used in combination etc.The structure and properties of the impregnated varnish were characterized by IR,NMR,TGA and routine performance tests.The results show that the impregnated resin has the characteristics of low VOC,high heat resistance,high mechanical strength,good process application and so on.This topic has tested the appearance,mechanical properties,electrical performance and other performance changes of VOC-free polyester imide impregnating varnish in different environments such as freezing-heating,high temperature-flooding,hot and cold shock,constant damp-heat,long-term water immersion etc.After the special environmental tests,mechanical properties,electrical performance test retention rate of more than 65%,indicating that polyester imide impregnated varnish has good environmental tolerance.Subject to the varnish to determine the appropriate insulation system,The electrical performance and compatibility of the insulation system are evaluated by simulating a winding-bar test.The experiment results indicate that the insulation structure with stable and reliable performance in Special Environment,good compatibility of insulation system,meets the excellent level of JB/T50133 standards,and the insulation structure is a excellent insulating structure.
