Research On The Construction Of Beautiful Village In Yanbian Area

Since the "Beautiful Village " as a great historical task for the construction of new socialist village was formally put forward in the the Fifth Plenary Sessions of 16th Central Committee of the Communist Party,to The 19th Communist Party of China National Congress put forward the strategy of Rural Revitalization requirements construction ecological livable country,beautiful village constantly enrich the connotation of and concentrated in order to realize the green development of rural economy,creating health clean living environment,and restoration of the rural ecological environment protection.The construction of beautiful villages is not only the foundation and prerequisite for the construction of a beautiful China,but also a new requirement for promoting ecological civilization,green development and Rural Revitalization.Yanbian as the border minority area of Jilin Province,remarkable achievements have emerged in the construction of beautiful village.The infrastructure and appearance of rural areas have been greatly improved,the level of public services in rural areas has been continuously improved,and the production and living conditions of farmers have been greatly improved.At the same time,there are still some problems,such as unskilled planning,unclear characteristics,backwardness in production and lifestyle,serious environmental pollution,and weakening of the concept of rural ecological civilization.Therefore,Yanbian area should make overall plans for the construction of beautiful villages and highlight ethnic culture and ecological features,improve the economic strength of rural collectives and vigorously develop modern ecological industries,strengthen villagers' awareness of environmental protection and strengthen rural ecological and environmental supervision.
