The electric power engineering construction belongs to the high risk profession,faces many aspects safety hidden danger in the project construction process,if the safety management is not in place,easy to have the serious personnel injury or the personal casualty accident,causes the unpredictable loss and the influence.Although the number of accidents and casualties has declined in previous years,and there have been no major power casualties and equipment accidents,the safety problems still exist and can not be ignored.For any project,safety management is the most important part of engineering project management,safety problems can not be guaranteed,engineering quality management,schedule management,cost management will also be affected.But compared with other management work,safety management is often the most neglected work.Many electric power projects do not carry out the relevant safety management regulations,and do not put safety management at the top of the engineering construction.Therefore,although the safety problem has been emphasized repeatedly,it is still unable to control the construction safety completely and effectively.Based on this,this paper will systematize the safety management and effect evaluation of electric power engineering.The research begins with the theoretical analysis and the practical situation of power engineering project safety management,and discusses the existing problems and the causes of the problems in the power engineering safety management.On this basis,the construction of matrix safety management model and its application in the safety management of electric power engineering project are put forward,and the effect of its implementation is evaluated,and a scientific evaluation method is put forward.The purpose of this paper is to form a closed loop of project safety management,make clear the division of responsibilities,ensure the implementation of the system,establish a strict safety management network,and reduce the probability of power engineering safety accidents to the maximum extent.In a word,the safety management has no trivial matter,especially for the high risk electric power engineering construction project,must study the feasible management and the appraisal method actively,constructs the perfect engineering project safety management system,for the engineering construction safety,The smooth implementation provides the guarantee.
