With the continuous improvement of modern economic level,China’s power construction has also reached a world-leading international level,a large number of power project construction,the management of the project has been trained and improved.However,statistical analysis of electric power projects in recent years shows that the construction safety risk control of electric power projects is still an urgent problem to be solved,effective and timely promotion of power engineering safety risk management capability is very important for power system engineering management,is the premise of all development.By consulting a large number of literature,this paper investigates and analyzes the present situation of security risk management,and finds that security risk management is a problem which is difficult to analyze and control quantitatively,and lacks of real objective and quantitative research results.This paper takes the actual project as an example,analyzes the safety risk of the project one by one through the checklist method,compares and draws lessons from other typical projects,and finally forms the safety risk list of the project.In this paper,all safety risks are classified and calculated by means of the method of mould and synthesis evaluation,which is divided into 4 kinds of risks,thus the security risk is classified into risk grades.Finally,according to different types of safety risks,this paper puts forward concrete and feasible safety control measures,which will nip some risks in the cradle,greatly reduce the number of safety risks,and enhance the ability of safety risk management and control.
