Research On The Function Of Pingyang Government In Rural Living Garbage Classification And Disposal

In recent years,with the rapid development of rural areas,the level of productive forces has gradually improved,the living standards of farmers have also improved,the consumption structure has changed,and the consumption has increased.This will inevitably lead to an increasing number of domestic wastes in the countryside.However,the quality of farmers is limited,the habit of littering is still serious,and the lack of waste treatment systems and mechanisms,so the number of garbage is increasing.At present,the problem of rural garbage is very serious,which seriously affects the lives of farmers and rural environment.Moreover,there is an important problem that the efficiency of waste disposal is very low,which seriously restricts the sustainable development of China's rural economy and society.Provincial and municipal levels attach great importance to the classification and reduction of rural domestic waste.In this paper,Pingyang County of Zhejiang Province was selected as the research object,and some villages in Wanquan Town of Pingyang County were visited by using the methods of literature analysis and questionnaire survey.The basic situation of the classification and treatment of rural domestic refuse in Pingyang County was understood.The classification and treatment of rural domestic refuse in Pingyang County was fully analyzed by looking at the nature of the problem.Problems arising from the process.The government and relevant departments have provided special funds for the classification and treatment of rural domestic waste in Pingyang County.According to the policy and program guidance issued by the superior government,the government has constructed infrastructure and purchased relevant equipment,thus forming a set of classification and treatment models and management programs for the treatment of rural domestic waste,which will also make rural life in Pingyang County possible.The situation of garbage disposal has been improved and the living environment has been improved to a certain extent.However,in the concrete implementation process,unreasonable phenomena still exist,non-standard operation still exists,the implementation of the policy is lack,the technical efficiency of treatment is low,and the supervision and evaluation system is not yet perfect.We need further improvement.Therefore,this paper will analyze the problems and causes of rural domestic waste classification from the following aspects,such as capital investment,government behavior,environmental awareness,technical support,and so on,so as to put forward effective and feasible countermeasures and suggestions for rural domestic waste classification in Pingyang County.
