Study On Problems And Countermeasures Of Rural Domestic Waste Treatment In Xinshao County

With the rapid development of the economy,the rural social environment and the peasant lifestyle have undergone tremendous changes.While the living standards of farmers have improved,the problem of rural domestic garbage has become more and more serious.How to solve this problem will be one of the severe tests to achieve sustainable economic and social development in rural areas.Therefore,a comprehensive analysis of the status of rural domestic waste,learning from domestic advanced experience,to find a scientific and reasonable waste treatment methods,has become the core problem of solving rural domestic waste treatment and building beautiful new villages.This paper adopts the questionnaire survey method,interview method and other research methods.Through the investigation and research on the comprehensive treatment of rural domestic garbage in Xinshao County,it is combed out that the main problems existing in the treatment of rural domestic garbage are reflected in the rapid growth of waste quantity and garbage classification.It has not yet been launched,the garbage collection facilities are lagging,the secondary transportation of garbage is polluted,and the innocuous treatment capacity is insufficient.The main reasons for the difficulty in the treatment of rural domestic garbage in Xinshao County are as follows:the villagers' knowledge of rural household waste classification is not high,the actual action of villagers' domestic garbage treatment is low,and the garbage management funds are insufficient;the garbage collection and transportation system model has not yet mature;garbage control measures are absent.By drawing on the experience of rural domestic garbage treatment in Chengdu and rural domestic garbage management in Hangzhou,the author proposes policies and standards for improving rural domestic waste management;increase capital investment and infrastructure construction;improve the level of domestic garbage treatment;Propaganda efforts to enhance the knowledge of villagers' awareness of environmental protection;the implementation of waste sorting and recycling is an important measure to solve the current comprehensive management of rural domestic waste in Xinshao County.
