Study On Treatment Of Rural Domestic Waste In Liaoyang County

Environmental problems have become a world problem and have attracted more and more attention.The amount of rural domestic waste is also increasing year by year,the composition is becoming more and more complex,and the difficulty of treatment is greatly increased.At present,there are about 650 million permanent residents in China's rural areas,producing about 110 million tons of domestic waste annually,of which 0.7 billion tons have not been disposed of,leading to more and more serious non-point source pollution in rural areas,which increasingly affects the sustainable development of rural areas.In recent years,the state has paid more and more attention to rural domestic waste management,has held a number of special meetings on rural domestic waste management,issued many relevant policies,in the 2018 central document also mentioned the need to continuously improve the rural human settlements environment,the management of rural domestic waste and other outstanding issues.This paper studies the problem of rural domestic waste management in Liaoyang County,objectively analyzes the problems in the process of rural waste management in Liaoyang County,combines the advanced experience that can be used for reference,and puts forward some helpful suggestions for the treatment of Liaoyang County waste.First of all,through consulting a large number of relevant literature,in-depth understanding of typical cases,summed up the characteristics of rural domestic waste treatment,at the theoretical level to clarify the practical significance of rural domestic waste disposal.Secondly,through the questionnaire survey method and interview method,the rural residents and village committee staff were investigated to understand the current situation of rural domestic waste management in Liaoyang County,and the following results were obtained: In recent years,the Liaoyang County government has adopted many measures of governance for rural domestic waste,achieved certain results,and the environment of the village has been improved to a certain extent.However,the government funds are not enough,the rural waste disposal points are less,the treatment mode is backward,the rural residents awareness of environmental protection is not strong,there are no relevant laws and other issues are still very prominent.Finally,combined with the case of waste management at home and abroad to Liaoyang County the shortcomings of rural domestic waste management,the corresponding improvement suggestions were put forward: to carry out the villagers environmental publicity and education,increase the investment on rural environmental governance,improve the professional cleaning team,set up the integration of the villages and towns garbage collector system,to strengthen the government policies and regulations and hope to promote a benign transformation of the local rural environment.Optimize the means of waste disposal and contribute to the construction of the new rural areas.
