Perfection Of China Environmental Administrative Law Enforcement Methods

At present,with the rapid development of modern society,continuing all kinds of resources,ecological environment pollution and destruction,so people for content and the problem of the environmental protection and is becoming more and more attention to their environmental protection consciousness is in constant increase.In addition,China on January 1,2015,has issued a new "environmental protection law of the People’s Republic of China,which for the social public,unit enterprises and government entities at all levels to participate in the environmental protection methods are also put forward a series of new requirements.Our country is currently facing a very serious environmental administrative law enforcement has many problems,such as the imperfection of the means of environmental administrative law enforcement,environmental administrative law enforcement system is not perfect and so on.Therefore,newly issued "environmental law" of our country’s environmental administrative law enforcement means are also put forward the more strict requirements,so,how to further efforts to constantly strengthen environmental administrative law enforcement? How to innovate environmental administrative law enforcement means? How to improve the system of environmental administrative law enforcement?
