Intelligent manufacturing is based on the new generation of information technology,manufacturing technology and digital technology,intelligent technology,network technology integration of the new manufacturing process,system and mode.Intelligent manufacturing is mainly used in the entire life circle of the design,production,management and service.During the process of manufacturing engineering perception,analysis,reasoning,decision-making and control are made.Intelligent manufacturing has the function of the depth of information self-awareness,intelligent optimization of self-decision-making,precision control self-execution and so on.The aim of Intelligent manufacturing is to manufacture products and serve customers with high efficiency,high quality,flexibility,cleanness,safety and agility.Based on the traditional NC machining training base,facing the development demand of functional manufacturing technology,and taking the training goal of secondary vocational school students as the direction,the paper deeply analyzes the requirements and characteristics of intelligent manufacturing system in secondary vocational school.An intelligent manufacturing system model is constructed to meet the needs of secondary vocational education.Based on this model,the intelligent manufacturing production line is designed,which includes network order system,recognition monitoring system,on-line processing inspection system,visual inspection system,intelligent storage system and so on.At the same time,the existing NC machining training base has been reformed,and the intelligent manufacturing demonstration line for secondary vocational education has been built.It realizes the whole process demonstration of intelligent manufacturing from product project establishment,drawing,BOM compilation,production scheduling plan,code compilation to product quality inspection and statistical analysis.The paper constructs an intelligent manufacturing system model to meet the needs of secondary vocational education,and sets up a practical demonstration system to meet the practical teaching needs of intelligent manufacturing for secondary vocational school students,and verifies the applicability of the model.It provides technical support for the practical education of intelligent manufacturing in secondary vocational schools.
