To promote the transformation and upgrading of the coal industry in the Shan Xi province,and strive to become the pioneer of the energy revolution enterprise,the senior talents training project is an important starting point and carrier.Because risk is an inherent attribute of a project,its management will have an important impact on the successful implementation of the project,so the study of the project risk management becomes extremely important.This paper takes the risk management of the senior talents training project of Lu'an Group as the research object.On the basis of the existing research at home and abroad,the existing problems in the risk management of the talents training project are analyzed by means of literature research and empirical analysis.On this basis,the key risk factors of the talents training project are identified and evaluated,and the risk response is emphasized.The two key links of risk identification,risk response strategies formulation and implementation,are designed and optimized,which provides theoretical guidance and management ideas for the risk management personnel training project of group managers.Firstly,this paper reviews the existing literature and determines the theoretical basis of the article.Then it discusses the current situation of the risk management of talent training project,and summarizes the two main problems existing in existing risk management: the failure of effective identification and evaluation of project risk factors and the lack of effectiveness of existing risk response strategies,and analyzes the reasons for the problems.It is found that the main causes of the problem are the lack of effective tools and means to identify and evaluate risk factors and the passive way to deal with risks.Furthermore,the identification and evaluation of key risk factors in personnel training projects are optimized.By constructing the general principle of identifying and evaluating key risk factors,the scale was developed and the confirmatory factor analysis was carried out to ensure the reliability and validity of the questionnaire.Further,the key risk factors are identified and evaluated by collecting sample data through questionnaires.Four key risk factors are identified:external environment risk factors,project organization risk factors,project manager and team risk factors,and project level risk factors.Row sort.Finally,this paper optimizes the risk response strategy of senior talents training project,and puts forward the safeguard measures for the implementation of risk response.Through the designof general ideas and special considerations of risk response strategy optimization for high-end compound talents training project,this paper uses questionnaire and structural equation model to optimize project risk response strategy.Empirical test results show that: project organizational level risk has a significant negative impact on project effectiveness;project level risk has a significant negative impact on project effectiveness;project organizational level risk has a significant positive impact on project level risk;project manager and team level risk has a significant negative impact on project effectiveness;project organizational level risk has a significant negative impact on project effectiveness;project organizational level risk has a significant impact on project effectiveness;project organizational level risk has a significant negative impact on project effectiveness;Project manager and team risk have a significant positive impact;external environmental risk has a significant negative impact on the level of project effectiveness;project manager and team level risk has a significant positive impact on project level risk.Finally,according to the empirical results,this paper puts forward reasonable and targeted measures to implement the risk response strategy of high-end compound talents training project from three aspects: strengthening the risk factor control ability at the project organizational level,improving the risk factor control ability at the project manager and team level,and strengthening the risk factor control ability at the project level.The main innovations of this paper are: first,the innovation of research perspective.Unlike the previous studies,which are limited to the whole process management of traditional projects,this paper starts from the perspective of risk management and takes the highly innovative talent training project as the research object,makes a thorough discussion on project risk management,refines and expands the research perspective in the field of project management.The second is the innovation of research content.Compared with the traditional risk management research in the field of project management,this paper introduces project risk management into the talent training project in the field of human resources development,and broadens the research boundary of project management theory.Third,the innovation of research methods.Compared with the low reliability and validity of the questionnaire commonly existed in the process of self-development of the traditional scale,this paper uses confirmatory factor analysis to ensure the reliability and validity of the questionnaire,and uses structural equation model toanalyze the path to ensure the depth and universal applicability of the research content in this paper.The paper has 4 figures,10 tables and 68 references.
