Study On The 335 NC Professional Curriculum System Construction Based On Intelligent Manufacturing

Made in China 2025 Strategy is a major strategic choice to respond to the international and domestic new technology revolution and industrial revolution actively,which regards intelligent manufacturing as a main direction.In this context,the original NC professional curriculum system can not adapt to the development of industry needs.This thesis summed up relevant theories and process about the 335 curriculum system construction,by researching and analyzing the relevant theories of curriculum system construction,drawing lessons from the successful experience of numerical control processing professional curriculum system construction at home and abroad,on the basis of enterprise talent demand research,on the conclusion of numerical control processing jobs and professional tasks based on intelligent manufacturing.This thesis aimed to explore an effective way of NC machining professional curriculum system construction,to train skilled talents to meet the needs of intelligent manufacturing enterprise of NC machining.The main contents of the curriculum study are as follows,1.According to the internal logic order of curriculum system constructing,starting from the whole curriculum,the thesis had a systematical study of relevant theories of curriculum system constructing including the concept of the curriculum,the talent training type,the curriculum system construction and the curriculum development.2.The thesis made a research about Numerical Control processing professionals demand based on intelligent manufacturing,including NC machining jobs,job requirements and the talent demand,which provides a comprehensive social demand data supporting of subsequent curriculum system constructing.3.The thesis analyzed the development status of intelligent manufacturing technology at home and abroad and the new changes in NC machining methods brought by intelligent manufacturing technology,which provided theoretical support for 335 curriculum system to integrate subject system and operation system.4.The 335 NC Professional Curriculum System Construction Based on Intelligent Manufacturing takes these three key elements,social demand,and knowledge system and personality development as the starting point.Meanwhile professional ability,methodological ability and social capability are also integrated.Thus cultural quality courses,professional basic courses,specialized skill courses,action-oriented courses and comprehensive practice courses came into being so as to optimize NC high-skilled personnel training effectiveness.
