Polyurethane elastomer fabric is widely used in the fields of swim-wear,underwear and sportswear because of its flexibility,excellent wear and corrosion resistance,good retention,and good adhesiveness.Safety,environmental protection and personalization have become one of the popular trends with the change of people's life idea.Elastic fabrics are usually made by material-fiber-yarn-fabric-dyeing fabric.The preparation process is very long and complicated.In order to simplify the process,the PUEs are prepared through in-situ polymerization.And the PUE films are prepared through hot-pressing.The possibility of PUE film applied in textile field was explored.In the traditional PUE coloring method,the compatibility of PUE with colorant is poor and it is necessary to add additives to ensure the dispersion and stability.Meanwhile,low molecular colorants are prone to thermal migration,resulting in uneven PUE color and affecting the performance.The colored PUE was prepared by in-situ polymerization based on anthraquinone chromogen as chain extender.The amino or hydroxyl group containing active hydrogen in anthraquinone chromogen structure react with the isocyanate in order to design and synthesize PUE from molecular level.Anthraquinone blue based polyurethane elastomer(BPUE)was synthesized using the anthraquinone chromogen(NH–Blue–OH)as chain extender.The actual rate of the NH–Blue–OH was evaluated by UV-Vis.ATR-IR proved that PUE was successfully synthesized and NH–Blue–OH was successfully introduced into polyurethane.The crystal structure of PUE was analyzed by XRD.The color of PUE films were bright and full blue.The hardnes of PUE films were exhibtted as soft rubber.The maximum elongation of the PUE films was 2394%.The scanning electron microscope showed that the microphase separation degree of the PUE film increased first and then decreased with the increase of the mole percentage of NH–Blue–OH.The excellent color performance and mechanical performance are realized synchronously,which lays a good foundation for its application in textile field.In order to realize green environmental protection,safety and health of the PUE synthesis process and the synthetic product,the extraction of rubican from the madder was selected as chain extender and the rubican-based polyurethane elastomers were prepared by the reaction of the phenolic hydroxyl group of rubican to the isocyanate structure.Rubican was extracted by heating and reflux method.IPDI,PCDL,PTHF and rubican were used as synthetic materials,and the ethyl acetate was used as solvent for the synthesis of rubican-based PUE.All the processes were green,environment-friendly and pollution-free.The results showed that the extraction rate of rubican was 5.21% by heating-reflux method when the solvent was ethyl acetate.The structures of PUE were characterized by the results of ATR-IR and GPC.The mechanical properties of the PUE films are flexibility(Shore A: 70-75),excellent mechanical properties(15.0MPa-22.5 MPa,> 600%).The BPUE and rubican-based PUE show excellent color and mechanical properties,so they can be applied to the textile field through the deeply investigation of properties.The colored PUE films exhibit excellent acid-resistant and alkali-resistant properties.They also show some tolerance to organic solvents,good hydrophobic and high temperature processing performance.These excellent properties lay the foundation for its direct application in textile field.The Aramid 1414 fabric was coated by high temperature hot-pressing with colored PUE film.The color of coated aramid fabrics were bright and full.The fastness of dry and wet friction,the fastness of fading and staining were more than 4,the results show that the hot-pressing coated aramid fabrics have excellent color properties,which provides a new coloring method for aramid fabric.In order to improve the hardness and color properties of PLA,the colored PUE is applied as the melting blend modifier.The blend has excellent high temperature processing performance and color performance,and its hardness is lower than that of original PLA.Therefore,the colored polyurethane elastomers show excellent application performance in textile field as film material,hot-pressing coating agent and blending modifier.
