China's coal mine production safety accidents have occurred in recent years is cause for concern.The gas disaster is even more important reason leading to coal mine accidents,one in 2009 in Heilongjiang coal mine gas explosion in emerging Hegang the death toll reached 107.How to effectively carry out real-time monitoring and control of gas,while gas before disaster forecast and warning the solution to the problem of China's coal mine production safety focus.In this report,coal mine informative,multi-parameters and noise characteristics of multi-bus technology will be underground through the intelligent sensors detect gas concentrations,carbon monoxide concentration,air pressure,temperature and other information quickly uploaded to Inoue monitoring system,the use of Internet technology and remote Remote monitoring and information and the sharing of information greatly improved transmission efficiency and quality.At the same time presents a mathematical theory of uncertainty and information fusion technology of combining gas disaster early-warning algorithms,can effectively improve the accuracy of prediction algorithm.In this report,virtual instrument technology for the process gas monitoring and early warning information visualization,and use GPRS technology advantages,the early warning information monitoring system for remote information transmission,expanding the scope of information transmission system capable of timely early warning information available to management staff,in order to prevent the occurrence of gas disasters and reduce casualties and property losses of valuable time fighting,but also in order to mine information in digital,network visualization integrating information technology has made integration of exploration.However,due to the conditions and time constraints,the system could be improved in many respects,and in-depth research.
