With the increasing number of urban and rural population in our country and the continuous development of economy and society,both urban and rural areas in China are facing the fact that the amount of garbage is increasing.When local governments plan the construction of environmental sanitation equipment and facilities,and the construction of a municipal solid waste management system,accurate forecasting of domestic waste production and scientific site selection will become increasingly important.There are many researches on the prediction of domestic garbage production and site selection of disposal sites in large and medium-sized cities in China.However,there are few related studies in small cities in China.Based on the actual situation of small cities in China,this paper uses the waste generation from Mangshi City in 2007-2016 for the past decade as the original series to build a grey forecasting model and use Excel data calculation software to calculate the complexity of the calculation process.Forecasting Model of Municipal Solid Waste Production in Mangshi City.The forecast results show that,in 2020,the production of domestic garbage in Mangshi is 50.79t/d.In 2025,the production of domestic garbage in Mangg is 53.38t/d.In 2030,the production of domestic garbage in Mangg is 55.91t/d,and in 2035,Mang The municipal solid waste production was59.13t/d.From this,it can be predicted that Mangshi City will have a larger increase in the production of domestic waste in the future.It is necessary to timely and efficiently handle the huge amount of domestic garbage produced,and it is also necessary to conduct a scientific site selection study on the comprehensive disposal of domestic garbage.Taking the planned construction of a new integrated domestic waste disposal site and the location of transfer stations in Mangshi urban area as an example,the combination of GIS technology and the minimum cost-of-merit model will be used.The research results show that:(1)The buffering distances of multi-factor buffering results are overlapped and the result of assignment assignment is between-9 and 0.The smaller the level,the better the site selection conditions for the garbage disposal site.The first-level region was selected as the candidate region.After eliminating the region with an area less than 200,000 m~2,the 12 candidate regions were compared and analyzed.The candidate region 12 has an area of 459423 m~2 and is 5.2 km away from the center of the city.The road conditions are good,the slope is small,and the geological conditions Stability,low investment in construction costs,minimum freight,and good economic returns are identified as the final candidate sites for on-site reconnaissance.(2)Based on the four types of costs incurred during the entire collection and transportation of waste,the Minimum Cost of Life Modelis established.Through calculations,in the 12 candidate transfer stations,when the candidate transfer stations selected six of 1,3,6,8,10,and 11,the total cost of the entire garbage collection and transportation system was at least 1.35×10~8 yuan over the planned service life.In this paper,taking Mangshi as an example,combined with the actual situation of small cities,the use of GIS technology for research,which can provide reference for the prediction of domestic garbage production and related site selection in many similar small cities in China.
