With the development of economic globalization, the problem of resources and environment is becoming more and more prominent. In line with the development of the times,China has also put forward the dual-carbon goal of carbon peak and carbon neutralization,in order to promote various industries to achieve low carbon as soon as possible.faster to achieve resource-saving and environment-friendly society, and accelerate the development of circular economy in China. With the acceleration of urbanization, the annual growth of urban population also leads to a gradual increase in the output of municipal solid waste, which brings serious pressure to the management of municipal solid waste. However, the current garbage collection system is still relatively backward, how to improve the garbage removal efficiency and improve the efficiency of resource recycling has become the focus of the current research. Therefore, from a low-carbon perspective,it is of high practical significance to study the location and path optimization of refuse transfer stations. This paper first analyzes the current situation of low-carbon logistics and garbage collection, and then summarizes the achievements and shortcomings of the current research on transfer station location and route optimization at home and abroad.Based on the above analysis and summary, the research direction of this paper is determined. From the low-carbon perspective, firstly, the influencing factors of garbage output are quantitatively analyzed, the key factors affecting garbage output are determined, and then the indicators are selected for grey correlation analysis. The index data with high correlation degree is used as the input data to predict the output of municipal solid waste, and then the grey prediction model is constructed to predict the output of domestic waste.Due to the lack of garbage output data of garbage collection points at present, this paper puts forward a population density prediction model to predict the garbage output of garbage collection points on the basis of grey prediction model. Then a bilevel programming model is established to solve the garbage transfer station location and path optimization problem.the upper model is used to solve the number and location of refuse transfer stations, and the genetic algorithm is used to solve the upper model. The lower model is used to solve the garbage collection path optimization. When constructing the lower model, the minimum total cost including carbon dioxide emission cost is taken as the objective function, and the ant colony algorithm is used to solve the lower model. Finally, through the analysis of an example, the specific value is brought into the model to solve, and the results of considering carbon emission cost and not considering carbon emission cost are compared.thus it is proved that the garbage transfer station location and path optimization model from the lowcarbon perspective is effective. From the low-carbon perspective, this paper qualitatively analyzes the influencing factors of garbage output, and establishes a garbage output prediction model to provide an important basis for municipal solid waste management in the future.then through the establishment of transfer station location and path optimization model to provide research ideas for the optimization of garbage recovery system,so as to improve the efficiency of recycling.
