In recent years,with the acceleration of urbanization in China,the number of daily output of garbage per capita has increased dramatically.In the traditional sanitation waste transfer system,the problems such as site selection,route planning,collection and transportation process supervision and so on depend too much on manual experience,and there are still three aspects to optimize and improve.In view of the above traditional garbage transfer system's dependence on artificial experience,and combined with the two core elements of the refuse transfer route and the lowest cost of refuse transfer port in the transfer process of municipal solid waste in the market,the garbage transfer system in the urban area is designed and implemented.Site selection planning,route planning and garbage collection and transportation supervision of the refuse transfer system in the city area are carried out.Three aspects have made relevant optimization and design,which has improved the efficiency of the garbage transfer system in Suzhou city and reduced the cost of refuse transportation.The main work of this thesis has three aspects.(1)The location of the transfer station in the garbage transporting system will directly affect the route of garbage transporting in the process of garbage transporting and the cost per ton of garbage transporting.Based on the shortcomings of the actual transporting system,this thesis designs the garbage transporting system.(2)This thesis designs and realizes the garbage transfer system.According to the location selection subsystem of the waste transfer system,the reasonable location distribution scheme of the transfer station is obtained by mathematical calculation after the collection of the collection point coordinates,the collection and transportation vehicle operation mode setting,the collection and transportation area division,the transfer system scheme configuration and other issues.(3)Aiming at the problem of the optimal trash transportation route in the trash transportation system,the optimal trash transportation path planning is carried out.In the actual collection and transportation of garbage,the intelligent supervision of garbage transportation is realized,which mainly includes account management,video surveillance management,access control identification and measurement management,garbage collection process management and on-line supervision of equipment working conditions.It ensures that the garbage transfer route in the garbage transfer system is optimal and that the cost of garbage transportation is the lowest.The garbage transfer system in this thesis obtains relevant data from the actual operation scenarios of refuse transfer in the urban area.The actual operation results show that the garbage transfer system designed and implemented in this thesis can significantly reduce the cost of refuse transportation ton,and has been recognized by professionals in the industry and has good application prospects.
