In this study,using three colorful labeled materials(colloidal carbon,blue latex microspheres and colloidal gold),sulfanilamide and norfloxacinas the targets,the immunochromatographic strips for single or multi-residue were systematic developed,which were applied for sulfanilamideor and norfloxacin determination in animal food.Firstly,colloidal carbon was used to label sulfaquinoxaline monoclonal antibody.A nimmunochromatographic stirp of sulfanilamide was established.The detection limit was 5 ?g/L in standard solution and 50 ?g/kg in the actual sample(pork,chicken and milk).Secondly,the blue latex microspheres were labeled the monoclonal antibody of norfloxacin,animmunochromatographic strip of quinolone was established.The detection limit was 2?g/L in standard solution,and the limit of detection was 20 ?g/kg in the real samples(pork,chicken and shrimp).Thirdly,using colloidal carbon and blue latex microspheres were used as labeling materials to label sulfaquinoxaline antibody and norfloxacin antibody respectively.Based on the blue latex microspheres labeled with quinolone immunochromatographic strips,a method of multi-residue immunochromatographic test strips of colloidal carbon and blue latex microspheres was established.The method can simultaneously detect sulfa drugs and quinolone drugs and output different color visual signals.In this method,the detection limit of sulfanilamide is 5 ?g/L and the limit of detection of norfloxacin is 2 ?g/L.The detection limit of sulfonamides in actual samples(pork,chicken,shrimp)is 50 ?g/kg and the limit of quinolones is 20 ?g/kg.Colloidal gold and blue latex microspheres were used as labeling materials to label sulfaquinoxaline antibody and norfloxacin antibody respectively.Based on the blue latex microspheres labeled with quinolone immunochromatographic strips,a method of multi-residue immunochromatographic test strips of colloidal gold and blue latex microspheres was established.The method 'can simultaneously detect sulfa drugs and quinolone drugs and output different color visual signals.In this method,the detection limit of sulfanilamide is 10 ?g/L and that of norfloxacin is 2 ?g/L.The detection limit of sulfonamides in pork,chicken and shrimp is 100 ?g/kg,and the limit of detection of quinolones is 20 ?g/kg.Colloidal gold and colloidal carbons were used as labeling materials to label sulfaquinoxaline antibody and norfloxacin antibody respectively.Based on the colloidal carbon sulfanilamide immunochromatographic test strips,a method of colloidal gold and colloidal carbon multi-residue immunochromatographic test strips was established.The method can simultaneously detect sulfa drugs and quinolones,and output different color visual signals.In this method,the detection limit of sulfanilamide is 5 ?g/L and the limit of detection of norfloxacin is 5 ?g/L.The detection limit of sulfonamides in pork,chicken and shrimp is 50 ?g/kg,and the limit of detection of quinolones is 50 ?g/kg.
