Application And Benefit Of Well Pattern Encryption In YL Oilfield Development

With the sustained and rapid development of the national economy,China's oil consumption has entered a period of rapid growth,and the gap between oil supply and demand is getting bigger and bigger,which has become an important factor restricting China's economic and social development.The contradiction between domestic oil and gas production and consumption provides broad market space for the development of oil industry.In 1987,YL Oilfield was discovered by industrial oil flow in FY oil reservoir of zhao 30 well,and its daily oil output was 8.71t/d when it was discharged in 1992,confirming the oil in multiple oil layers in YL Oilfield.By the end of 2016,YL Oil field submitted 9009 x 10~4t proven crude oil reserves of grape flower oil layer,covering an area of 393.1km~2 and recoverable reserves of 1971.4 x 10~4t.The proven reserves of FY oil layer are 6828 x 10~4t,with an area of 245.6km~2 and recoverable reserves of 1024.3 x 10~4t.In 2016,a total area of 21.31km~2 was utilized in the control block of infill well,and the geological reserve was 705.73x10~4t and the technical recoverable reserve was183.5x10~4t.It can be seen that the application of infill Wells plays an important role in the stable production period of D oilfield.Environment on international oil prices remain low,oilfield needs to solve in the development process of authors efficiency problem,D oilfield in recent years,various departments continue to find out the way,seeks the development to overcome technical challenges,innovation and carry out various activities,but because of oil field development into recession,production cost increasing,the new block development costs too much,so for the original block secondary recovery can not only reduce the production cost can speed up the construction of a productivity progress more.Based on the analysis of the geological structure and characteristics of the zhao212 block of YL Oilfield,this paper analyzes the importance of well pattern encryption in the later stage of oil and gas field development.Through the analysis of theory combined with the actual method,using the theory of new institutional economics,the"encryption"pattern to developed the capacity of blocks,most calls country"authors efficiency",solve the high production costs in oil and gas field development process,construction cycle is long,the new servant net interaction during the production.This thesis consists of 5 chapters.Chapter 1 introduction.This chapter introduces the background of infill adjustment measures of oilfield development well pattern in the context of increasingly intense energy in China's oil industry under the influence of international petroleum situation.This paper studies the theoretical significance and practical value of implementing"well pattern infilling"into the developed capacity block,summarizes the theories of infilling well pattern at home and abroad,and sorts out the research ideas and structural arrangement of this paper.Chapter 2 analysis of relevant theories and methods.This chapter first clarifies the concept of infill well,discusses the point of secondary infill of well pattern,and evaluates the applicability of secondary infill of well pattern.This paper expounds the meaning,characteristics and research direction of static analysis method to evaluate the investment benefit of the scheme.Based on the hierarchical analysis method,the regional characteristics of the block are deeply understood,and the suitable development schemes of the applied block are compared and analyzedChapter 3 the present situation and existing problems of the ground development of the new oil field production block.The current situation of ground construction in the newly put into production block is summarized,including the specific development process,the introduction of process pipeline technology,the process design of ground system and the production mode of infill well.Chapter 4 optimization approach of well pattern infilling in the process of oil and gas field development.In this chapter,based on the construction management methods and strict and standard construction teams of the oilfield,the preliminary work of well pattern infilling is introduced,and how to improve the work of infilling well pattern.By optimizing the lifting process,fracturing process and well completion process,the auxiliary work during the infilling and production of well pattern was strengthened.Chapter 5 effect analysis of well pattern infilling.This chapter starts with the effect of increasing production and cost.To sum up the effect of increasing production after implementing well pattern encryption scheme and compare the effect of main objectives.The economic effect of well pattern infilling is evaluated from two aspects:operation cost and total cost.
