Study On The Optimization And Application Of Ton Oil Cost Assessment Index In XJ Oilfield

With the restructuring of China's oil industry and the opening up of the retail and wholesale markets for refined oil products,CNPC has also joined a number of international projects.At the same time,the pressure of international competition of CNPC increases and the influence of international oil price on CNPC is increasingly serious.As a typical representative of inland oilfield,XJ oilfield is faced with a series of problems,such as poor quality of resources,increasing decline rate,rising water cut,low daily output per well,rising cost,etc.Compared with other oilfields,its development cost is higher.As an important part of cost management,cost analysis and assessment are the weak links in its overall cost management system.Therefore,it is urgent to improve the oilfield cost assessment index and establish a more perfect cost assessment system.This paper firstly introduces the background of implementing cost reduction and efficiency improvement in petroleum and petrochemical industry and the concept of oilfield cost control and management,summarizes the research status at home and abroad,analyzes the necessity of cost control in XJ oilfield,and puts forward the content and methods of the study on the evaluation index of ton oil cost of XJ oilfield company.Furthermore,the second chapter introduces the theory of ton oil cost and provides theoretical guidance for the following chapters.Secondly,this article,s third chapter deep analyze on the current situation of XJ oilfield which mainly analyzed the XJ oilfield exploitation and the status quo of oil cost assessment.through the analysis about present situation,the article discovers the XJ oilfield,s cost assessment system is backward and the assessment standards lack fairness.Therefore,the article carries on the objective and rational elaboration to these problems.discovered the XJ oilfield backward cost existence of examination system,lack of fairness problem,assessment index and objective reason of these problems.Through analysis,it is concluded that XJ oilfield is fully qualified for the cost assessment of ton oil.In this paper,the fourth chapter selects and optimizes the XJ oilfield company‘s goal about tons of oil cost evaluation index.Through the analysis of the factors affecting the cost of oil,the oil production stage is selected as the analysis basis,and then the assessment index of ton of oil cost--oil production stage coefficientis finally obtained and verified through the analysis of variance,multiple regression analysis,GM1.1 grayscale prediction and oil and gas attenuation model.In chapter5,the production stage coefficient of tons of oil cost is applied to the actual work of XJ oilfield and the results are analyzed.It is believed that the oil production stage coefficient is suitable for the actual situation of XJ oilfield,and the scheme and guarantee measures to ensure the implementation of the assessment index of cost of ton of oil are designed,so that the assessment index of the cost of oil of XJ oilfield company can play a greater role,so that the XJ oilfield can achieve better achievements under the”13th five-year plan”of CNPC.
