Coal mine production safety has always been the focus of attention. The accident rate caused by transportation vehicles is high, resulting in great losses. In modern coal mines, the transport vehicles with oblique lines still communicate with hoist house in dotting way.For most of the time, the mines and miner cars are not visible to the operators, which is very easy to cause the accident.Aiming at the present situation, the intelligent auxiliary driving system of mine rail vehicle, which can automatically detect the environment of the mine road, automatically brake and alarm, monitor video and manage equipment,is designed and implemented in this paper. The intelligent auxiliary driving system of mine track vehicle is designed, implemented and researched in this paper. The system is divided into three parts. The tramcar detection unit is the hardware equipment located on of the mine car.It is responsible for the exploration of the mine road environment, obstacles and people. The winch control unit is the hardware in the hoist house. It is responsible for the analysis of the detection data, the monitoring of the mining road video, the automatic alarm and the auxiliary winch brake. The central control unit is the management software located in the central control room.It is responsible for managing mine roads and equipment, managing system logs and videos, providing user query and management services. The tramcar detection unit is powered by rechargeable lithium battery. It is divided into four functional modules: obstacle detection, video acquisition and processing, main control module and human-machine interface. The obstacle detection module receives the main control module command and returns the detection data to the main control module. The video acquisition module is composed of the network camera module, collecting video information in the low brightness mine environment and providing video transmission service with the wireless network. The main control module controls the communications of each module through program control. Its function is to communicate with the control unit of the winch control unit with the wireless network. And it has the device configuration interface. The man-machine interface is composed of the acousto-optic alarm and the electric quantity display module, which is responsible for the alarm and the electric quantity indication. The winch control unit is powered by alternating current, and is divided into four functional modules, namely, brake unit, main control module,human-machine interface, video / data display module. The brake unit receives the signal from the main control module and then let the winch brake. The main control module can control the other modules and communicate with the tramcar detection unit and the central monitoring unit. The man-machine interface is composed of acousto-optic alarm and driving mode conversion button, providing alarm and mode conversion functions. The video / data display module is composed of a microcomputer and a monitor. It can display video and detection data in real time, and display the alarm by screen. The central monitoring unit server receives log information and video data from the tramcar detection unit, stores log information video records of mine roads, equipment and user information, mine roads operation in the database, and provides query services of mine roads, equipment, users, logs and videos. In the process of concrete implementation, this paper discusses the wireless AP switch problem involved, and analyzes the suitable scheme by consulting the literature and combining the specific conditions to.And find a suitable wireless AP switching scheme finally. The system has completed the design and implementation, basically completed the needs of party A,and achieved functional and performance indicators through operation tests.
