Wind turbine is an important and auxiliary industrial equipment of mines,it takes in fresh air and removes toxic and harmful gases in time which could protect miners' health and safe.In a complex mine environment,wind turbine will appear electrochemical reactions and frictional erosion,accelerate parts aging,which could cause malfunction and threaten the lives of miners.Therefore,it is necessary to design a monitoring system of wind turbine which could collect carbon monoxide,ensure miners have a safety environment and also adapt operation data to guarantee the normal running of the wind turbine.The thesis brings up a system which consists of carbon monoxide transducer,K type thermocouple,vibration acceleration sensor,etc.The system collect ambient data and turbine operation data.The monitoring data are sent to the local monitoring platform and remote data platform by Ethernet cable and GPRS model.The miners review local data and check the status of the turbine for the mine safety.Factory employees analysis data in remote data platform to judge the status of wind turbines and prepare for the maintenance when the monitor data is abnormal or the machine is damaged.The system is composed of microprocessor,acquisition subsystem,local monitoring platform and remote data platform.We choose ARM Cortex-A53 microprocessor as system controller unit and use Raspberry Pi 3B as system development platform.Acquisition subsystem measures operation data like motor temperature,pillow temperature,vibration data,wind pleasure and speed,real-time pictures and ambient data,carbon monoxide concentrations.The operation data and real-time pictures are sent to local monitoring platform by Ethernet cable.The manager can query operation data to learn wind turbine status.The operation data are sent to remote data platform by GPRS,employees will give maintenance service according to operation data.Finally,we test system in the laboratory,test result shows that system has achieved the target of data acquisition,transmission and display.The system has a compact interface and displays operation data clearly which help miner learn status of wind turbine in time.
