With the rapid decline of China's new population and the acceleration of the aging process of the population,the older generation of employees born in the 1960s and 1970s gradually withdrew from the labor market,while the new generation of employees born in the and 1990s became the main force in the labor market.However,their personality charaeteristics formed a new demand for employment,and there is some friction between the enterprise and the employment,increasing the difficulty of effective recruitment management.Therefore,it is partcularly important to improve the recruitment management of enterprises by combining the new generation's group characteristics and job-hunting needs.This paper follows,the course of "putting forward the problem,analyzing the problem and solving the problem".On the basis of constructing the evaluation index system of recrutment management,this paper makes a comparative analysis of the importance of all factors influencing recruitment management.First,the paper reviews domestic and foreign research literature,introduces the concept of recruitment management and effectiveness of recruitment,and the principle of recruitment management.It also briefly analyzes the relationship between recruitment management and enterprise human resource management,laying a theoretical foundation for the following writing.Secondly,based on the analysis of the recruitment status of M enterprises,the problems in the recruitment management are pointed out.Again,from outside and inside of the enterprise,and the job seekers the three dimension to build recruitment management effectiveness evaluation,index system,through the expert scoring methom to determine the relative important degree of the influencing factors,constructing judgment matrix,and the comprehensive sequencing of all the factors,the results show that recruiting effectiveness mainly by new generation of job seekers work return requirements,enterprise competitive advantage of industry,enterprise strategic positioning on the management of recruitment,the influencce of the new generation of job seekers cover motivation factors;Finally,combining with the actual situation,it is proposed that M enterprises can establish a new genetation of employees' job-seeking requirements map,improve the recruitment management to thee strategic position of the enterprise,strengthen the recruitment publicity of the enterprise,establish an elite recruitment team,scientifically select and widely use recruitment channels and other recruitment strategies.
