With the development of social economy and the unpredictability of market changes,human resources market has also changed.In order to improve the controllability and grasp the market to meet the future challenges,most top companies will strive for first-class talents in the height of the company’s development strategy.Talented people are the key elements to a company’s sustainable development,especially for a technology company.Talented people play a vital role in the technological companies,which is the key to the company’s strategic development and competitiveness.How to attract talents has become a top priority for the development of a company.The employee recruitment system is an important and indispensable part to attract talented people.Employee demand analysis and recruitment channel is indispensable in the process of establishing the recruitment system.From recruitment system,those related theory makes people start to think.This paper collected a large number of domestic and foreign scholars’ study about the recruitment system including related journals,papers,searching data,analysis of the existing research results from the CNKI.Taking SY technology company as the subject of study,in combination with the current situation of SY technology company,questionnaires are issued to obtain the real feelings of employees in the recruitment process and to encourage them to put forward opinions on the recruitment work.Through the accurate feedback from the employees,the current situation of the company’s recruitment is obtained,and the existing problems in the recruitment are found through analysis:for example,the job description is not perfect,the recruitment plan is not reasonable,the recruitment channels are not broad and etc.Objective to understand current enhancement and improvement of the recruitment needs,therefore SY technology company can make specific measure to improve and perfect the recruitment system.The study of this paper is of great significance to improve human resource management level in SY technology company.And at the same time,it also provide certain referential value of recruitment work for the same industry companies.
