| Vacuum coating is a kind of thin film with special properties on the solid surface by physical or chemical means in vacuum.The evaporator is the core part of the film growth by physical means,and the source material is evaporated by heating.Evaporating organics requires precise control of the evaporator at lower temperatures to avoid damage to the components of the organic source material.Due to the low heat conduction and convection in vacuum,precise control of the evaporator becomes a problem at lower temperatures.In recent years,the scientific research and application of organic thin film devices have developed rapidly.The performance requirements for high-performance organic evaporators have become higher and higher.The study of organic materials evaporator has become an important issue.In this paper,based on the structural characteristics and advantages of organic evaporator at home and abroad,a high performance organic evaporator was developed through detailed design.Based on the theoretical calculations,predecessor design experience,and simulations of advanced organic evaporator in the world,this paper uses resistance as the heating method,and utilizes a combination of thermal radiation heat transfer and heat conduction cooling to study the generation of organic molecules,evaporator,heating device,cooling water circulation and other auxiliary devices as well as key components design in a targeted manner.And set up a complete vacuum system to test the actual performance,and confirm the research results by comparing the working results of the same general heat radiation evaporator,confirming that the full satisfaction of the super evaporator of organic matter under high vacuum has certain theoretical significance and practical application value. |
