This paper is based on the Guangdong Province Ministry’s project2012B091000011of education and research combination.The project aims to develop a set of automated production line with the function of spraying and baking for workpiece, improve production efficiency and product quality, achieve the goal of high efficiency, energy saving and environment-protection.This paper’s main content is as follows:First of all,briefly discussed vacuum electrostatic spraying technology and its advantages and the application of the automatic spray technology and equipment at home and abroad and their current situation of development,the working principle of environment-protection vacuum electrostatic spraying production line’s technological process.completed the overall structure design and system layout.Secondly,Finished the structure design of vacuum cylinder and it’s door. calculated thickness of the cylinder’s wall according to the theory of stability of thin-wall cylinder under external pressure, Carryed out finite element analysis to the three-dimensional model of vacumm Cylinder, Obtained the stress of cylinder’s wall under the design pressure.Then completed the cylinder door body’s structure design and static analysis for it’s3D model with the finite element analysis software to get the deformation and stress nephogram, optimized and improved the door body’s structure according to the results of the analysis.In order to make the cylinder structure possess good strength and make it’s safety performance and overall structure’s weight be small as far as possible, It’s necessary to analyze the overall structure of the cylinder’s3D model by the way of finite element and obtaine the overall structure of the cylinder deformation and the distribution of stress,according to the analysis result on the cylinder, some enhancement processing and some adjustment on vacumm structure have been finished to to make the overall structure improved meet the design requirements.According to the production process requirements to vacuum degree, completed the design of cylinder sealing structure.Once again, designed the workpiece car lifting mechanism and he mechanism for closing and opening the door. According to the analysis of the function requirements of the workpiece car lifting mechanism and mechanism for opening and closing the door, desirsed their structure,through analyizing the force and motion of the two mechanics,builded up their force mathematical model and calculated the driving force of hydraulic cylinder of the two mechanism.Lastly,calculated cylinder’s leakage rate and designed the internal pressure control system.by Analysis to cause of vacuum cylinder leaking reasons and putting forward the corresponding solutions,calculateed the leakage rate of the vacuum cylinder using the experimental results and the measured data. According to the requirements of the cylinder’s vacuum degree and the process of the equipment in its normal function conditions, designed the automatic control system of cylinder’s internal pressure.
