Teaching design is the primary link of teaching development,the plan of teaching process and the preparation of teaching implementation.Chemistry instructional design ability is a necessary professional skill for pre-service chemistry teachers.Therefore,based on the understanding of the importance of instructional design,this paper mainly studies the following issues:(1)What is the current situation of chemistry teachers' teaching design?(2)What is the level of the teaching design of each dimension of the teaching cognitive schema between free normal students and general students?(3)What are the suggestions for improving the teaching design level of pre-service chemistry teachers?In this study,105 pre-service chemistry teachers of Shanxi normal University,Grade2015,were selected as the research objects.Among them,the two classes of "molecules can be divided into atoms" and "active yellow green gas-chlorine gas" are examined.Based on chemistry teachers' cognitive schema,the teaching design level of chemistry teachers is analyzed.Through the investigation,it is found that the teaching design level of pre-service chemistry teachers in the grade of: 2015 is good,and the teaching design level of free normal students and general students in all dimensions is good.But in the dimension of teaching content,existing knowledge and experience of students,homework design dimension and teaching basic thinking dimension need to be improved.Based on the investigation of pre-service chemistry teachers' teaching design,the following suggestions are put forward:(1)Offering courses to improve the teaching design level of pre-service chemistry teachers;(2)Teaching according to their aptitude to promote the balanced development of each dimension of pre-service chemistry teachers undefined teaching design;(3)Reducing the differences and encouraging the all-round development of the teaching design level of pre-service chemistry teachers.
