| Marine diesel engine is the core of the ship,and piston is the key part of the diesel engine.In the process of piston parts processing,experience based cutting parameters and trial processing methods have seriously hampered the improvement of manufacturing level and machining quality.Therefore,it is urgent to combine modern parameter optimization and simulation verification methods to improve the whole process of piston,which has improved the efficiency and quality of CNC machining.Based on DEFORM and VERICUT software,the optimization method of the cutting parameters of piston parts and the simulation process of virtual machining are studied in this paper:(1)Under the research of the processing technology and cutting parameters optimization theory of marine diesel engine piston parts,the overall scheme of NC cutting parameter optimization and NC machining process simulation for diesel engine piston parts is established.(2)Based on the numerical control machining process of diesel engine piston parts,The DEFORM software is used to simulate the cutting force,the cutting heat and the stress and strain of the boring process,and the optimum cutting parameters are selected.(3)The virtual simulation processing environment based on VERICUT software is built to simulate the NC machining process of marine diesel engine piston parts,providing technical support for the optimization of diesel engine piston parts NC machining process.This paper uses DEFORM and VERICUT software combined with the realization of the simulation parameters optimization of NC machining and CNC machining process,through the inspection of the virtual machining results and provide correction cutting parameters and machining process of the reasonable rules for the production and processing enterprises,give full play to the performance advantages of advanced processing equipment,improve the ship to a certain extent diesel engine enterprises and market competitiveness of shipbuilding industry in china. |
