The 3D printing parts of PA2200?PA3200 were post-processed by 248 nm KrF excimer laser irradiation and annealing to change the parts surface wettability.The influence of laser fluence,pulse number,annealing temperature and time on the the printing parts surface wettability were analyzed.The resuluts of laser irradiation showed that it can effectively change the surface wettability of PA2200 printing parts,and the parts surface contact angle changed from121~o to 70~o.However,it did not change the surface wettability of PA3200 printing parts,and there is no significant change on the parts surface contact angle.The SEM,Ra,XRD,Raman,XPS,and Cassie-Baxter model were used to analyze the mechanism of laser irradiation changed the surface wettability of the two materials.The analysis results showed that the change of the PA2200 parts surface morphology and chemical composition are the reasons of the parts surface wettability changed.Laser irradiated PA3200 printing parts,the parts surface morphology did not change significantly is the main reason for the unchanged surface wettability.The annealing results shwed that it did not effectively change the PA2200printing parts surface wettability,and the parts surface contact angle did not changed significantly.But it can effectively change the PA3200 material printing parts surface wettability,the printing parts surface contact angle was changed from 116~o to 73~o,which indicated that the surface wettability of the parts changed from hydrophobicity to hydrophilicity.The effect mechanism of annealing treatment on the two materials surface wettability were analyzed by SEM,Ra,XRD,Raman,XPS,and Cassie-Baxter model.It was indicated that the PA2200 printing parts surface morphology and chemical composition did not change was the reason of the parts surface wettability unchanged.The PA2200 material pringting parts surface become smooth and the content of hydrophilic C=O groups increased after annealing,which could induce the change of PA2200 material priting parts surface wettability.
