With the development of steel industry,the level of iron ore loading is required to continuously improve,the advanced and modernizend iron ore loading system also appers.The traditional loading system has the problems of low loading effciency and precision,so it is the most effective and reliable way to apply the quantitative loading system.The large quantitative loading station is based on the working principle of large hopper scale,pre-loaded in the quantitative warehouse according to the wagon standard heavy load,controlled by the gate and loading chute,to load fast in the moving carriage,to achieve high-speed and accurate loading in continuous dynamic moving.In this thesis,the application of the iron ore train loading system is the basis of the project,and the problem of the quantitative batching system in the iron ore loading process is studied.through the analysis of practical problems and combining with the technological requirements of the main equipment,the design of the main equipment strcture has been optimized,which makes the hardware equipment effectively reduce the influence of interference on the dynamic weighing accuracy in practical operation and has better process characteristics.Secondly,the physics mechanism of the dynamic weighting and the factors of affecting dynamic weighting accuracy is studied and the mathematics model is established from the perspective of the input and output characteristics of the entire weighting process.Meanwhile,the system control strategy is designed according to the actual production process.Combining with the characteristics of control strategy and fuzzy control theory,the fuzzy control algorithm is applied to the system control strategy.The fuzzy controller is designed by fuzzy toolbox of MATLAB,and the fuzzification,fuzzy relation,fuzzy synthesis operation and defuzzification of input variables in the process of fuzzy controller design are analyzed.Finally,combining with the fuzzy controller,the dynamic weighing process is simulated with Simulink,the effect of system control has been further improved.This application not only improves the speed and precision of loading,but also improves the capacity of resisting disturbance,and the actual process requirements of production can be met.
