The Construction And Improvement Of The Tianjin Environmental Supervision Enforcement Mobile Law Information System's Data Warehouse

For the reform of China's environmental supervision and law enforcement work,since 2013,the state environmental protection department by developing mobile law enforcement information system construction in the country,the tra nsformation process of environmental supervision and law enforcement to enhan ce the use of information technology in the standardization of environmental law enforcement,environmental supervision to enhance the effectiveness of law e nforcement has achieved certain results,the initial construction of the environm ental supervision mobile law enforcement information system.In order to further enhance the effectiveness of environmental supervision and law enforcement,overcome the problems exist in data island,unified data,data updating,urgent need of comprehensive statistics of construction scheme and optimize the use of advanced data warehouse analysis method,from the te chnical means to improve the efficiency of environmental supervision and law enforcement,to build a harmonious and efficient environment for law enforcem ent.This paper takes the construction of Tianjin environmental supervision mob ile law enforcement system as an example,and focuses on the design and imp lementation of the data warehouse in the law enforcement system.The followin g points: one is according to the Tianjin municipal environmental supervision a nd law enforcement,law enforcement and law enforcement combing the charact eristics of data,analysis of business requirements,functional requirements and development environment,determine the mobile law enforcement system data w arehouse construction target;the two is based on B/S architecture,using.NET p latform technology,data warehouse technology,OLAP technology,BI technolog y etc.design,data model,data process,data warehouse subject dimension ETL,unified audit are applied for business environmental supervision and law enfor cement data update model,and puts forward suggestions to optimize the data warehouse in the data quality,data format specification,data display and so on;three is the use of BI analysis tools,based on the needs of law enforcement,analysis and application show law enforcement data multi dimension.The data warehouse implements data extraction,transformation and loading.Finally,combined with data warehouse technology,we build the mobile environment law enforcement system in Tianjin,providing strong support for law enf orcement.At the same time,combined with the advanced technology,such as l arge data and cloud computing,the improvement opinions and prospects of data warehouse are put forward...
