Research On Environmental Law Enforcement Based On Big Data Application

At present,the application of big data technology is developing rapidly in all walks of life and has become an indispensable tool.In the field of ecological and environmental law enforcement,big data technology is also gradually being applied and taking shape.On the one hand,big data technology has had a positive impact on environmental law enforcement and is of great significance to the quality and efficiency of environmental law enforcement.Firstly,big data technology is able to predict and monitor environmental enforcement actions,and even to pinpoint them,improving environmental enforcement through technical aids.At the same time,due to the certainty of the calculation method and the traceability of the whole picture of environmental enforcement,the influence of human factors in environmental enforcement is reduced,and problem areas and behaviours can be identified by monitoring the whole picture,thus better carrying out environmental enforcement actions and improving the quality of environmental enforcement.Secondly,compared to traditional environmental enforcement,big data technology has revolutionised environmental enforcement tools and can handle a large number of enforcement cases in a short period of time,greatly improving the efficiency of environmental enforcement,while also reducing enforcement costs.On the other hand,the application of environmental law through big data,as an administrative act in the field of environmental law enforcement,reflects the willingness of law enforcement authorities to apply the law,while also reflecting the purpose attributes of service enforcement.In terms of the impact of big data on the harmonious development of environmental law enforcement,as well as in terms of law enforcement efficiency,law enforcement accuracy and law enforcement standards analysis,there are still many problems with big data environmental law enforcement.Combining the analysis of the improvement of the legal system of environmental law enforcement big data,the standardisation of environmental law enforcement,the current situation of data integration and the level of resource allocation,based on the current situation of the application of environmental law enforcement big data,the authors aim at the non-compliance of environmental law enforcement procedures,the lack of big data legislation,the difficulty of coordination of environmental law enforcement discretionary legislation,the possibility of improving environmental law enforcement,and the lack of clarity in the responsibility of environmental law enforcement.A detailed analysis of the problems that arise in environmental enforcement is presented.The author discusses the problems and causes of big data environmental enforcement in terms of the lack of big data legislation,difficulties in coordinating enforcement discretion,the possibility of improving enforcement methods,unclear enforcement responsibilities,lack of supervision,poor feedback on enforcement evaluation,data silos,and lack of financial and human resources.To meet the challenges of environmental enforcement in the era of big data,we will discuss strategies to optimise environmental enforcement by increasing investment in science and technology,optimising systems and equipment,establishing long-term mechanisms and institutions,changing the concept of supervision,integrating scattered resources,developing standards and norms,and absorbing human resources,to help build a society,government and country governed by the rule of law.
