In 2014,the total cost of corrosion in China is more than 2.1 trillion,which accounts for 3.34% of China's GDP.Corrosion has hampered the development of China's economy seriously.In general,the full use of existing anti-corrosion technology can reduce the loss from corrosion by 25% to 30%.The sherardizing technology is one of the surface treatment technologies in metal corrosion protection.Because of its good performance in anticorrosion,abrasion resistance,homogeneity of permeate,and environmental friendly,it became the technical representative that has the most efficiency and best quality.With the implementation of the " One Belt and One Road " strategy,the sherardizing anti-corrosive industry will face a growing market.However,it also has problems of too small of scale,location too scattered,lack of technological innovation and inefficient management,and all these problems are limiting the development of this industry.How to formulate the industrial development strategy,seize the opportunity to promote the development and update the industry have became a top priority.In this thesis,the road-mapping technology is applied to the sherardizing anticorrosive industry.Carry out research in the order of "market demand-industrial target-technical barrier-research and development projects",so that to determine the key technologies,research and guide this industry to develop in a fast pace.First of all,analyze the process of the sherardizing technology,according to the industrial chain to define the scope and boundary of the sherardizing anti-corrosive industry,process of the sherardizing technology is divided into three main parts: raw materials and workpieces,system optimization and application expansion.Analyze and summarize the current condition and development trend of the industry.Find the market demand and industry goals,by implementing through questionnaires and seminars,determine the importance of elements under short,medium and long-term.To strengthen the logic between target and market,we carry out correlation analysis,so that we obtain the rank of the industry goals under the consideration of market demand.The analysis of technology barrier and demand of research is consistent to the previous analysis.In addition,based on patent analysis and TRIZ theory,this article predicts the evolution of technology,determines the technical barriers,corresponding research and development projects at different times.Emphasize the analysis of project priorities,R&D responsible unit and R&D mode.Finally summarize the above four elements to form a comprehensive technology road-mapping for sherardizing anti-corrosive industry,clarify the development of this industry and give suggestions to government and enterprises.
