As countries and governments pay more and more attention to environmental pollution and waste of resources,various new energies and new materials being developed and applied,such as high-strength carbon fiber composite materials and glass fiber composite materials.However,these polymer-based composite materials do not have the excellent electromagnetic shielding properties that metal materials have,so these composite materials' application are limited.At present,there are mainly two ways to improve materials electromagnetic shielding properties,one is to add conductive and magnetically conductive particles to the polymer material or composite material to make it have electromagnetic shielding performance.But,the excessive addition of conductive particles and magnetic particles can affect the mechanical and mechanical properties of the material;The other is to coat a layer of electromagnetic shielding coating on the surface of the material,which can not only make the material have the electromagnetic shielding effect but also provide some protection to the substrate.Based on this the paper carried out electromagnetic shielding paint research.After consulting the domestic and foreign literatures,the subject based on the principle of low-frequency electromagnetic shielding p chose the metal iron-based alloy powder as the main filler of the coating,in order to solve the problem that the metal powder density is easy to settle,some magnetic composite based on reduced graphene oxide(RGO)powder was added in the coating.The main work of this paper includes the following parts: Firstly,graphene oxide(GO)that have good dispersibility in water is prepared.Then,GO was mixed with nickel,cobalt and iron metal ions respectively,GO and metal ions were simultaneously reduced by the strong reductant hydrazine hydrate to prepare RGO-support nickel magnetic composite powder(N/RGO),RGO-support cobalt magnetic composite powder(C/RGO),RGO-support iron magnetic composite powder(F/RGO).The composite powders were characterized by vibrating sample magnetometer(VSM)and XRD.The best performing set was added in the coating.Finally,the performance of the prepared coatings were tested and the results are as follows: The coatings adhesion were tested by pull-open method.The adhesion of the coating which without addition graphene-based composite powder(T1)is 3.93 Mpa,and the adhesion of the coating which add some RGO-based composite powder(T2)is 5.41 MPa;The conductivity of coatings were tested by four probe resistivity tester,and the conductivity of T2 coating is more stable than that of T1;The electromagnetic shielding properties of the coating were tested in 100KHz~30MHz electricity,magnetic field,the electromagnetic shielding effectiveness of T2 coating is higher than that of T1,the shielding effectiveness of T1 coating in 100 KHz magnetic field is 43 dB and in 100 KHz electric field is 97dB;the shielding effectiveness of T2 coating in 100 KHz magnetic field is 49 dB and in 100 KHz electric field is 108 dB.In summary,the electromagnetic shielding coating the paper studied,has excellent adhesion,conductivity and in low-frequency electric and magnetic fields have good shielding effect,so the coating has very good potential applications.
