Green camouflage spectral reflectance thermal coating material belongs to function coating filed,based on the design of green camouflage material,it's used to reduce the absorption of the visible and near-infrared electromagnetic wave and transfer the internal heat to the environment simultaneously.A large of progress had been successfully obtained via the research of green camouflage material,but the reflectivity in visible and near-infrared electromagnetic wave keeps below the standard value.In addition,the interior heat produced in the device lead to the increase of operating temperature which will sharply shorten the working lifespan of the equipment.Therefore,the research and preparation of the green camouflage spectral reflectance radiation coating,which can satisfy the demand of engineering,is of great significance.This paper start with the preparation of green reflectance filler,firstly,on the basis of a fixed coating color,a material with good comprehensive performance was screened out.Then the relative modification to the selected material was made and finally,the green camouflage high reflectance radiation coating material had been successfully prepared.Specific research and results were as follows:1?The green camouflage spectral reflectance thermal coating was prepared through two approaches:doping modification and mixture of filler and color.The reflectivity of the coating was tested by ultraviolet spectrophotometer.It was concluded that,as the colour was unified,the coating consisting of TiO2 and colour pigment shows higher reflectivity and better thermal conductivity.So titanium oxide was selected as the ideal filler of the green camouflage spectral reflection heat dissipation coating.2?TiO2 was treated by heat treatment,ball milling and coated respectively.It was found that there are two main factors which could affect the coating's solar reflectance:particle size and distribution.Firstly,less electromagnetic wave in febrifacient band was reflected due to the oversize of particle,on the contrary,when the size was undersize,the cover power will be decreased because of the mirror reflection of light wave.Secondly,the better the pigment was distributed in the coating,the better the cover power of coating was.3?As the reflectivity,conductivity and the application property was taken into consideration,the property of the optimal TiO2 coating shows as following:maximum reflectivity at 92.04%,conductivity from 0.3993 W·m-1·K-11 to 0.5248 W·m-1·K-1,excellent mechanical and environment resistant property.
