As the main tool of gas and oil resources' transportation,gas and oil pipelines have its own advantages and play the unique role in the social development.However,with the older and older and the increasing number of pipelines,the safety of pipelines is increasingly outstanding.To ensure the pipelines work safely,smoothly,we should put forward control measures based on scientific risk analysis and safe evaluation of the pipelines.First,the paper summarized the factors influencing the safe operation of oil and gas pipeline in our country as five types and 64 events,which based on statistical analysis of the domestic causes of the pipeline leakage accident and taking consider with the natural and social environment.Second,according to the theory of index,the paper also pointed out that some index factors do not match the reality of domestic oil and gas pipelines and the influence of index fuzziness of the evaluation results.Thus,the paper modified the evaluation index and the scoring standard of the index method,finally by means of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,overall risk evaluation has been picked up.Third,the paper,taking risk assessment via the project of Jilin to Changchun Product Oil Pipeline,obtained the relative risk value of first and second indicators by index evaluation method,which matched the actual situation and justified the evaluation model.Furthermore,on the basis of the index evaluation method,the paper indicated the overall risk evaluation was medium risk level by using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.
