Oil is an indispensable and non-renewable resource in all major manufacturing fields,using pipeline technology to transport oil often causes some accidents,There are many accidents that cause serious consequences.Facing the occurrence of various pipeline accidents,a large number of experts at home and abroad have done a lot of work in the field of reliability analysis,post-management and risk assessment of pipeline systems.The paper introduces the development of risk assessment in developed countries and other developed countries.The risk assessment of pipelines in developed countries such as the United States is relatively mature.The methods for risk assessment of pipelines now include qualitative methods,quantitative methods and semi-quantitative methods.The index method in the semi-quantitative method is now mostly used.The accuracy of the results obtained by the index method is relatively high,but it is necessary to do sufficient data statistics in the early stage.The data on the long-distance pipelines from Qingyang to Xianyang are collected and collected,and then the data obtained by the index method are systematically calculated.The third-party damage,corrosion design and misoperation of the Qingshui crude oil pipeline are strictly scored.Finally,it is concluded that the Qingxian long-distance crude oil pipeline is at a high risk level.In addition,the fuzzy hierarchy method is added.The historical source of the fuzzy hierarchy method and the applicable fields are introduced.At the same time,the fuzzy hierarchy method is used to analyze the Qingxian pipe segment.Through the mutual verification of the exponential method and the fuzzy stratification method,it is concluded that the crude oil pipeline of the Qingxian pipeline is mainly caused by the failure of the third party,and the Scontent of the crude oil transported by the Qingxian pipeline is high,which is highly corrosive to the pipeline.
