In an environment of increasing global economic differentiation and fierce market competition,supplier management has become a hotspot in various business theories and applied research.In recent years,coal companies have formed large groups through a series of mergers and acquisitions,such as mergers and acquisitions.To enhance the competitiveness of the company's participation in domestic and international.However,with the soaring demand for coal,the amount of foreign purchases necessary for the production of coal enterprises has increased year by year and the variety of materials.The selection and management of material suppliers will inevitably affect the overall profit and competitive advantage of coal enterprises.Therefore,choosing a quality supplier and establishing a long-term partnership with it is an important part of the overall development strategy of the coal company.This paper first introduces the current domestic environment of coal enterprises,analyzes the research status of supplier management at home and abroad,and summarizes related theories such as supplier management,supplier classification management,and supplier relationship management.Secondly,it is combined with coal enterprises.The characteristics of purchasing capital,analyzed the status quo of supplier management of Jinzhuang Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.,summarized the problems in supplier management;once again addressed the problems in the management of company suppliers,and based on the importance of materials to suppliers On the basis of classification,specific feasible improvement schemes are proposed from the aspects of supplier evaluation index,supplier relationship management,supplier performance evaluation and supplier incentive mechanism.Among them,in the evaluation of supplier selection,the evaluation index system is constructed,including whether the quality is passed,whether the cost is low,the service is high,the supplier cooperation ability,the supplier's own status,and the analytic hierarchy method is used to determine the index weight;The article puts forward a series of safeguard measures for the implementation of supplier management improvement of Jinzhuang Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.,and predicts the effect of the improvement.It is believed that this study will enhance the supplier management level of Jinzhuang Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.,and it will also be useful for other coal enterprises to improve supplier management.
