Research On The Influencing Factors And Improvement Measures Of Safety Management In Municipal Construction Enterprises

With the accelerating process of China's urbanization,the relevant municipal construction projects continue to start,and the investment is gradually increasing.However,behind the prosperity of the municipal construction market at this stage,there is a safety problem that people have to pay attention to.This problem is bound to become an obstacle to the development of municipal construction enterprises.The future competition in the municipal market is not only the construction level and project quality therefore,municipal construction enterprises must pay attention to the improvement of safety management level,so as to occupy an active position in the future market competition.The questionnaire used in this paper is based on Likert five scale and combined with the actual situation of construction safety management of municipal construction enterprises.The data table includes 7 description options,5 potential variables and 30 observation variables.300 questionnaires were issued,292 were returned and 284 valid questionnaires were sorted out.The reliability,validity and cause of the data collected by the questionnaire were analyzed by software by sorting out the sub contents,we can intuitively understand the influence of the listed factors on the safety management of municipal construction enterprises and the relationship between the various factors through the data.Based on the five potential variables of the questionnaire,including human factors,mechanical equipment factors,material factors,construction technology factors and environmental factors,the structural equation model is constructed.The model is drawn by AMOS software and verified by path chart and weight table one by one.The results show that human factors are the most important influencing factors of safety management,followed by material factors and material factors It is the factors of construction technology and method,the last is the factors of mechanical equipment and environment,and the influence degree of the two factors is the closest.Although the degree of influence can be divided into large and small,but in line with the principle of safety without small things,the paper focuses on the development of human factors,material factors,and taking into account the subsequent three aspects of the lifting measures.At the same time,combined with the actual municipal work encountered in urban waterlogging,ground collapse,it puts forward some safety measures.
