Study On The Assessment And Safety Risk Prevention Of Major Hazardous Sources Of Crude Benzene Hydrogenation Units In Coal Chemical Enterprises

In recent years,production safety accidents in the field of hazardous chemicals have occurred frequently,causing huge casualties and property losses.The consequences are very serious and the social impact is very bad.Especially in the coal chemical industry,due to the need to use a variety of dangerous primary and auxiliary materials with fire and explosion in the production process,a large number of materials are usually in storage and operation,forming a major source of danger.If an accident occurs,its degree of damage and impact is particularly serious.In order to strengthen the safety supervision and management of major dangerous sources of hazardous chemicals and prevent and reduce the occurrence of dangerous chemical accidents,it is necessary to conduct safety assessment,grasp the safety status of major dangerous sources,and take control measures to prevent accidents.On the basis of fully studying the methods of assessing major hazard sources at home and abroad,this paper selects a coal chemical enterprise whose main products are hydrogen,crude benzene as raw materials,such as pure benzene,toluene and xylene.Based on the field survey conducted in the early on,apply the relevant theories of major hazard identification,risk assessment and risk prevention of existing hazardous chemicals,through the identification of hazard and harmful factors in production systems and storage sites,the possibility of accidents and the degree of hazard,the identification of major hazard sources of hazardous chemicals,personal risks and social risk values,the major hazard sources of the crude benzene hydrogenation unit are evaluated and classified.Through the safety assessment of the company's major hazards,the hazardous factors in the production system and storage location were identified,the major hazard sources of the project were identified,and the risk assessment of major hazards was carried out.The following assessment results were made:The company's 100,000 tons crude benzene hydrogenation project production equipment area hazardous chemicals major hazard source level is four.Storage tank area of hazardous chemicals major hazard grade level.Through field investigation and assessment,identify security issues that enterprises currently exist and weaknesses,and targeted security put forward suggestions for improvements and preventive measures,so as to enhance the level of enterprise security management,prevention of accidents.At the same time,through this empirical research,to further improve the security assessment and risk prevention related theoretical basis,Provide theoretical basis for other hazardous chemicals enterprises and evaluation agencies to carry out major hazard source safety assessment and risk prevention work,so as to more effectively guide the control and management of major hazard sources.
